Wonder Day 10.27.15

I am proud that I am good at basketball. I am also proud that I am not racist. I hang out with all kinds. I also like that I'm not two-faced which means that your friend is happy with a guy and then go talk behind his back. One bad thing is that I get jealous easy which sucks cause people sometimes make me jealous then I just got to have their shoes, clothes, etc. Another bad thing is that I get mad easy and when I get mad I get destructive. - middle school student, North Carolina

Wonder Day 9.8.15

At the end of last year, my dad told me that I should play volleyball, and I agreed. So over the summer, I went to volleyball workouts to practice. Then I tried out at the beginning of the year and made the team. After many practices, I began to get more into shape than I was before, and I began forming new friendships. This sport has increased my energy and happiness at school and home. This sport has helped me with my life and school more than I thought it could. - middle school student, North Carolina  USA

Wonder Day 8.28.15

I want to be a winning quarterback. I will practice throwing the football. I want to throw it hard and hit the target. I will do this until I believe I can throw it so hard and high, it will hit Jesus. Well, Jesus will catch it.  - student, FL USA, emailed to Wonder Anew

Wonder Day 4.16.15

In the past I have made a change where all my grades were F's. My dad wouldn't let me play basketball until I got my grades up. Just by studying and getting good grades on tests and paying more attention in class. So now I can play basketball. We are undefeated with a record of 32-0. - middle school student, NC

Wonder Day 4.9.15

The positive way to change my life and make it easier--I want to be a champion in boxing. Some people say I would never make it big but this year I have proved them wrong. I've been training hard and now I'm #2 in the USA and on an 18-0 win streak. Now people know me. I know I'm going to make it big someday. - middle school student, TX
