Wonder Day 5.27.15


I want to improve my working patterns - I feel they are too "boom-and-bust." Oftentimes, I may be in a state of hyper-productivity, so to speak, where I feel intensely motivated or diligent; but only for a short time. Such episodes may be balanced out with bouts of apathy/depression. I could improve my habits by a few different methods such as sticking to a stricter work/play schedule. Another, possibly more difficult method would be suppressing/counteracting the impulsive feelings as they arise. The least I could do would be to make more frequent bursts of productivity and focus, and only hope the accompanying foil does not follow such an increase in frequency. - high school student, Florida
