Wonder Day 12.10.14 - Michele Bergh

I started using my camera to see life through a different lens. Literally and figuratively. I found myself looking for the beauty in the mundane, being 100% present while waiting for the perfect shot, and having no fear to simply shift my view whenever necessary to gain the perspective I need.

I started carrying a camera with me everywhere I went and really looking... really seeing everything around me. Sometimes that camera was the one on my phone and sometimes it’s my point and shoot and sometimes it's my DSLR with 300x zoom. It doesn't really matter what the lens... just the willingness to see life differently than may be apparent at first glance.

  1. Michele, you are a wonder in so many arenas!!! Two lines really stood out for me:

"...having no fear to simply shift my view whenever necessary to gain the perspective I need."

"...the willingness to see life differently than may be apparent at first glance."

Your camera, the "lens" of you, is very wise. Thank you for sharing your view with us!
